Return or Exchange Period:

• You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Accessories must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount may not be eligible for return unless deemed defective or damaged upon receipt.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We do not accept returns on gift cards or clearance/final sale items.

Return or Exchange Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at Hello@RiseStrongerandCo.com to initiate the return or exchange process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, including all tags and accessories.
3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method at your expense.
5. If you’re requesting an exchange, please include the details of the exchanged item(s) in your return package.

Refund or Exchange Processing:

• Once we receive and inspect your return or exchange, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
